We had a wonderful renovation experience with Paul and the ICS team. We were considering a kitchen renovation to our 20+ year old home but facing the fact that if we renovated the kitchen other parts of the house would look "tired". Close friends suggested we contact Paul and Intelligent Contracting Solutions (ICS) as they had used Paul to update an older home prior to sale. We are so thankful for their referral as the entire experience with Paul and the ICS team was excellent from start to finish. After our initial meeting with Paul, we expanded our project to include not only the kitchen but also full renovations of three bathrooms (including installing a heated floor), painting of the entire house, replacement of front entrance tiled flooring and various other minor repairs throughout the house. From the first meeting with Paul to project completion, everything went smoothly. Paul and the ICS team were consummate professionals. Given the expanded scope of the project, there was a considerable amount of coordination involved but the entire project ran like clockwork. Everyone we dealt with (both from ICS as well as various subcontractors) was friendly, professional, reliable and punctual. The worksite was immaculate - everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and extra effort was made to minimize disruption (we stayed in the house during the project). Paul's attention to detail was impressive as was his ability to adapt to the few unforeseen hiccups we encountered. He even had his subcontractors come back to rectify a few minor “deficiencies” that we would never have noticed. That says a lot about Paul’s character and his approach to his work. He is honest, reliable, practical and helpful. He offered many great suggestions as we planned the project and as the project proceeded. Our project was completed on time and on budget and we were (and continue to be) delighted with the end result. Paul and the ICS team exceeded our expectations.
